Nigel Bann FRICS
Nigel's career commenced with Manchester Corporation in 1966 followed by periods with several national and international practices before he became principal of his own practice in 1982.  He has undertaken quantity surveying work of all types from housing to motorways. 

Stuart Brahney BSc MRICS
Stuart commenced his career in the private sector in 1978 and was a Director of an established regional construction management consultancy for 16 years, before setting up his own company. With over 30 years surveying experience in all aspects of construction cost and project management. Stuart has worked on a diverse range and scale of schemes, including education, health, commercial, ecclesiastical and housing, both social and private. Stuart is also experienced with the majority of the standard forms of contract and methods of procurement. 

Nicholas Chinn BSc FRICS Dip HI
Nicholas was employed as a quantity surveyor in both the public and private sectors of the profession before becoming a project manager with a residential developer  in 1986.  He has practised on his own account since 1989 and has been particularly involved in project management, the resolution of disputes, party wall matters and more recently the new home condition report.

Derek Cowie FRICS
An internationally experienced quantity surveyor, having had spells in several European countries as well as the Middle East, Derek has been employed by private practices, local authorities and commercial organisations in over 40 years in the profession.  He has been a sole principal since 1983 engaged in both quantity and building surveying on a diversity of projects including pharmaceutical works, shop-fitting, housing and railway engineering.
